Once you have submitted your plans, Our Field Manager, R.J. Mears will review them. A quotation will then be submitted.
Your quote will include the base price for the home, and will list the options selected per the plans and the prices for those
options. All prices of course are contingent on future plan changes. Your Quote will be valid for a specific amount of time,
normally 30 days. If you agree with the quote and wish to have Dunrite Enterprises construct your project*. Just sign and
fax quotation back to our office. R.J. will then contact you for further details, start date, etc...
Next we will contact
you about the payment schedule. Invoices will be submitted for payment, per the agreed pay schedule. *Project includes
but not limited to a residence, deck, garage, basement or addition.
